Cabinets are generally ready for installation 6-8 weeks after a signed contract. Countertops are typically installed 10 – 15 business days following the cabinet installation.
Absolutely! We can help you customize inserts for your cabinets including recycle centres, pull outs, tray dividers and more. Your kitchen designer can help you with all of the various accessories available for your project.
We offer all countertop surfaces. Traditionally, most of our customers choose quartz, granite, corian or laminate (or a combination of these surfaces) for their homes. If there is another countertop surface you would prefer (such as butcher block), we would be happy to source that for you as well.
The first step would be to visit our showroom where we can show you who we are, what we do and why we’re different that other companies. We will discuss your needs, wants, budget and lifestyle. From there we will come to your home for an initial space measurement. Once we have that, a preliminary layout and design is proposed. Upon design approval and deposit we conduct a final measure and begin production of your kitchen. For greater detail, please see OUR PROCESS page.
We require a 50% deposit upon signing the contract which takes us to the final measurements and production. Upon delivery of your cabinets for installation, a payment of 30% of the total contract value will be required. The remaining balance of 20% will be due once the countertops and cabinetry are installed and substantial completion of our contract is obtained.

Included in our pricing is all design work, site visits for measure, cabinetry, countertops, hardware (including standard Blum full-extension slides and soft close doors), accessories and installation as documented on the final contract.
